Higher education institutions have encountered a variety of obstacles in their teaching-learning operations as a result of the extraordinary COVID-19 incident. Due to a lack of preparation combined with the inherent limitations of remote assessment, performing evaluations remotely during COVID-19 has caused unprecedented obstacles for higher education institutions.
